Inconveniently, products listed as “Out of Stock” are not available for sale. However, we can notify you as soon as the product is back in the stock. We will send you a notification email as soon as the product is back in stock. Remember, this can only be done if you have a GREENSHARE account and are signed in at the same time.

What happens if I’m not available to receive my order delivery?
Please note that a signature is required upon delivery. If you’re unavailable, consider designating an alternate recipient, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbour. However, please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for packages signed for by someone other than the intended recipient.
What if I receive an incomplete, incorrect or damaged order?
If you have any complaints or concerns regarding your order, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of delivery. We’re committed to resolving issues promptly. In cases of tampered or open packaging, please inform us within 24 hours, including supportive complete unpacking videos/images, to ensure a swift resolution.
What if my order tracking shows ‘delivered’ but I haven’t received my order?
At GREENSHARE, we strive to deliver your order promptly and hassle-free. Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement, and a tracking number is shared with you via WhatsApp (for Delivery courier) or email (for other couriers). Please ensure you’re available to receive the delivery at your address.
While we make every effort to ensure safe delivery, please note that we don’t take responsibility for goods signed by an alternate person. If your package is misplaced or marked delivered without actual delivery, please inform us immediately within 24-48 hours by emailing us atcare@greenshare.in. We recommend checking with family members, neighbours, or apartment staff in case your delivery was inadvertently redirected.
In case an item arrives damaged or the outer box is damaged, please don’t accept the shipment. Ask the courier to return it and update the reason in the RTO remarks. Additionally, never share your delivery OTP without accepting the package, and never share personal details or documents with the courier. Please note that any delivery disputes received after 24 hours of the order tracking being marked as delivered will not be entertained.
I placed an order and my payment was successful, but I haven’t received a confirmation email from GREENSHARE. What are my next steps?

How will I get a refund for my cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

We offer shipping across India and internationally. Shipping is exclusively free and currently available for domestic orders within India, but this offer may change in future.
