Cancellation, Refund and Returns Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once dispatched,
    cancellations cannot be processed.
  • To cancel an order, contact us with your order number through:

  3. WhatsApp: Available via our website greenshare.in (Mon-Sat, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST, excluding public
    holidays)
  • Upon approval of your cancellation, you will receive confirmation via SMS or email.
  • A 3% payment gateway fee will be deducted for approved cancellations, and the
    remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10
    business days (subject to bank processing timelines).
  • GREENSHARE HERBALS PVT. LTD. Reserves the right to approve or decline any
    cancellation request at its sole discretion.

Cancellations by GREENSHARE HERBALS PVT. LTD. May occur due to:

  • Violation of our cancellation policy
  • Technical or system-related issues
  • Incorrect or invalid contact/address details provided by the customer
  • Suspected fraud or misuse
  • Failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept delivery
  • EMI offer being declined by the bank.

Returns & Refunds

Damaged or Leaking Products

  • If your product is received damaged or leaking, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Email us at care@greenshare.in, or contact our Customer Care at +919961124366 (Mon-Sat, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST), or send a WhatsApp message through greenshare.in (Mon-Sat, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST, excluding public holidays)

Include the following:

  1. Order number & invoice
  2. Description of the issue
  3. High-resolution images or an unboxing video
  4. Visible batch number on the product
  5. Clear visuals of inner (carton) and outer packaging

Examples of applicable claims:

Broken, unsealed, or leaking containers

  • Missing or incorrect items

Dirty packaging upon arrival

  • Empty or under-filled product
  • Signs of tampering

Note: “Carton” refers to the product box; “outer packaging” is the shipping box containing the order.

Once all required information is received, our team will respond within 1-3 business days. If approved, an exchange will be arranged with a reverse pick-up, or a refund will be initiated within 7-10 business days.

Return Guidelines

  • Returned items must be in original, saleable condition and accompanied by:
    • Original receipt
    • A document stating:
      • Return address
      • Customer’s name & address
      • Order number
      • List of contents
  • Email a copy of this document along with photos of the returned package to our customer service contact.
  • No cash refunds are permitted.
  • Gift boxes are not eligible for returns or refunds.
