1) Placing an Order
- Browse through the GREENSHARE HERBALS PVT. LTD. online collection to
select your desired products. Choose the quantity and click "Order" to add
them to your cart. - Once you've added all items you'd like to purchase, click on "Checkout" to
proceed. - You’ll be prompted to provide your shipping and payment information. Choose your preferred payment method from the available options.

2) Payment Options

GREENSHARE HERBALS PVT. LTD. accepts instant online payments
through the following modes:
o Domestic and international credit cards issued under Visa or
MasterCard networks.
o Visa Debit Cards issued by select Indian banks (a list is available
during checkout). -
Transactions will appear on your statement as payments made to
GREENSHARE HERBALS PVT. LTD. - When using Visa or MasterCard, you will need to provide the 16-digit card
number, expiry date, and 3-digit CVV found on the card’s reverse side. - Ensure your card is registered with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC
(MasterCard Secure Code). - For American Express cards, a 15-digit number and a 4-digit security code
are required.
3) Cash on Delivery Policy
- We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method.
Should this option become available in the future, customers will be notified accordingly.
4) Pricing Policy
- All product prices listed on the GREENSHARE HERBALS PVT. LTD. websites are current and regularly updated.
- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.
- Orders are processed based on the prices available at the time of purchase
and dispatch. - Our products are subject to GST as per Indian tax laws.
- For international shipments, local customs duties may apply and must be paid by the customer. Additional international shipping charges may also be incurred.
5) Payment Security

6) What is a CVV/CVC?
- The CVV/CVC is a security code (3 or 4 digits) located on the back of your credit card, typically in the signature strip.
- CVV (Card Verification Value) or CVC (Card Validation Code) serves as an added security layer to protect against online fraud.
- This number is not printed on receipts or statements and is required during checkout to confirm you have physical possession of the card.
7) Out-of-Stock Items
- We regret any inconvenience caused due to product unavailability.
- If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will reach out within 1–3 business days to discuss alternative solutions.
- In case of unavailability, your product will be shifted to your cart automatically for future reference.
- Please note that GREENSHARE HERBALS PVT. LTD. does not entertain
backorders: orders will only be accepted if items are in stock and ready for dispatch.
8) Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once dispatched,

- GREENSHARE HERBALS PVT. LTD. reserves the right to approve or decline any cancellation request at its sole discretion.
Cancellations by GREENSHARE HERBALS PVT. LTD. may occur due to:
- Violation of our cancellation policy
- Technical or system-related issues
- Incorrect or invalid contact/address details provided by the customer
- Suspected fraud or misuse
- Failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept delivery
- EMI offer being declined by the bank.
9) Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped either from our central GREENSHARE HERBALS PVT.
LTD. warehouse or through authorized third-party logistics partners. - We reserve the right to temporarily halt deliveries to any region or country in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

regulations and government mandates. We currently fulfill orders both within India and internationally. -
Please ensure that your order complies with the import laws and delivery
regulations of your country before completing your purchase.
Order Placement & Dispatch
- Upon placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
- Once the shipment is ready, we will notify you with a shipping confirmation
and tracking details. - Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding public
holidays). Tracking typically becomes active 24 hours post-dispatch.
Delivery Process

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure timely and secure delivery. Delivery service may not be available in certain remote areas. In such cases, we will attempt to find alternative options.

To ensure safe handover, a signature may be required at the time of delivery.
If you're unavailable, a trusted person such as a neighbor, colleague, or family member may sign on your behalf. GREENSHARE HERBALS PVT. LTD. is not responsible for disputes arising from third-party receipt. -
If our logistics partner is unable to deliver the package, they will attempt to
contact you. If there’s no response, the package may be returned to us.
GREENSHARE HERBALS PVT. LTD. will not be held responsible for delays
in such scenarios. - Some deliveries may require an OTP for verification. The OTP will be sent to
the registered mobile number used during order placement.
Upon Receiving Your Package
- Please inspect your package thoroughly at the time of delivery. Any issues,

Shipping Charges & International Orders
- Shipping and handling charges vary depending on product size, weight,
packaging, and delivery location. Charges are displayed during checkout
before payment. - GREENSHARE HERBALS PVT. LTD. is responsible for compliance with
export and customs regulations from the shipping country. - The buyer must ensure compliance with import regulations, taxes, and duties applicable in their country.
- Customers should confirm that the ordered quantity complies with the import limits set by their country.
- If a shipment is refused entry or fails to clear customs, GREENSHARE
HERBALS PVT. LTD. may, at its discretion, refund the order after deducting
shipping, return duty, and processing charges. - If you prefer using your own shipping partner, please let us know. We'll do our best to accommodate the request (additional costs may apply).

10) Returns & Refund Policy
Damaged or Leaking Products
- If your product is received damaged or leaking, notify us within 24 hours of

message through greenshare.in.
Include the following:
1. Order number & invoice
2. Description of the issue

5. Clear visuals of inner (carton) and outer packaging
Examples of applicable claims:
- Broken, unsealed, or leaking containers
- Missing or incorrect items

Note: CARTON refers to the product box; & outer packaging is the shipping box containing the order.
Once all required information is received, our team will respond within 1–3 business days. If approved, an exchange will be arranged with a reverse pick-up, or a refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
Return Guidelines
- Returned items must be in original, saleable condition and accompanied by:
o original receipt
o A document stating: -
• Return address
• Customer’s name & address
• Order number
• List of contents
- Email a copy of this document along with photos of the returned package to our customer service contact.
- No cash refunds are permitted.
- Gift boxes are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Inspection & Resolution:
- The quality review takes approximately 7–10 business days from when the
product is received at our facility. - If the concern is validated, an exchange or refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days post-assessment.
- Total time from return to resolution may take up to 3 weeks.
Note:
- Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect application are not covered.
- Reactions caused by personal skin sensitivities or preferences (e.g., scent,

For orders shipped outside of India:
(a) Your shipment may incur customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other applicable taxes upon arrival in the destination country.

- Choose from our range of digital gift vouchers starting at ₹1500 and above.
- Your e- gift voucher will be sent digitally to the recipient’s personal email id.
- Physical gift card/ voucher will send to the registered address by post which is provided at the time of purchase upon request.
- Gift card/ vouchers should be purchased separately, not combined with other product purchase.
- Gift card/ vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
