a. Placing an Order

  • Browse through the GREENSHARE HERBALS PVT. LTD. online collection to select your desired products. Choose the quantity and click "Order" to add them to your cart.
  • Once you've added all items you'd like to purchase, click on "Checkout" to proceed.
  • You’ll be prompted to provide your shipping and payment information. Choose your preferred payment method from the available options.
  • After your payment is successfully processed, your order will be packed and dispatched as per our standard timelines. Kindly refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information.


b. Payment Options

  • GREENSHARE HERBALS PVT. LTD. accepts instant online payments through the following modes:
    • Domestic and international credit cards issued under Visa or MasterCard networks.
    • Visa Debit Cards issued by select Indian banks (a list is available during checkout).
  • Transactions will appear on your statement as payments made to GREENSHARE HERBALS PVT. LTD.
  • When using Visa or MasterCard, you will need to provide the 16-digit card number, expiry date, and 3-digit CVV found on the card’s reverse side.
  • Ensure your card is registered with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code).
  • For American Express cards, a 15-digit number and a 4-digit security code are required.


c. Cash on Delivery Policy

  • We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method. Should this option become available in the future, customers will be notified accordingly.


d. Pricing Policy

  • All product prices listed on the GREENSHARE HERBALS PVT. LTD.
  • website are current and regularly updated.
  • Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.
  • Orders are processed based on the prices available at the time of purchase and dispatch.
  • Our products are subject to GST as per Indian tax laws.
  • For international shipments, local customs duties may apply and must be paid by the customer. Additional international shipping charges may also be incurred.


e. Payment Security

  • GREENSHARE HERBALS PVT. LTD. ensures secure transactions through industry-standard encryption technologies.
  • All transactions are conducted over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and protected with 1024-bit encryption.
  • This security protocol ensures your personal and financial data is transmitted safely and cannot be accessed by third parties.

f. What is a CVV/CVC?

  • The CVV/CVC is a security code (3 or 4 digits) located on the back of your credit card, typically in the signature strip.
  • CVV (Card Verification Value) or CVC (Card Validation Code) serves as an added security layer to protect against online fraud.
  • This number is not printed on receipts or statements and is required during checkout to confirm you have physical possession of the card.


g. Out-of-Stock Items

  • We regret any inconvenience caused due to product unavailability.
  • If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will reach out within 1–3 business days to discuss alternative solutions.
  • In case of unavailability, your product will be shifted to your cart automatically for future reference.
  • Please note that GREENSHARE HERBALS PVT. LTD. does not entertain backorders; orders will only be accepted if items are in stock and ready for dispatch.


h. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
  • To cancel an order, contact us with your order number through:
  • Upon approval of your cancellation, you will receive confirmation via SMS or email.
  • A 3% payment gateway fee will be deducted for approved cancellations, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (subject to bank processing timelines).
  • GREENSHARE HERBALS PVT. LTD. reserves the right to approve or decline any cancellation request at its sole discretion.

Cancellations by GREENSHARE HERBALS PVT. LTD. may occur due to:

  • Violation of our cancellation policy
  • Technical or system-related issues
  • Incorrect or invalid contact/address details provided by the customer
  • Suspected fraud or misuse
  • Failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept delivery
  • EMI offer being declined by the bank.

We stand by the quality of our products. In the rare case of a quality concern:

  4. Supporting images/videos clearly showing the issue and the product's back label with visible batch number

Upon receiving the complaint:

  • Our in-house Ayurvedic Doctor will connect with you within 1–7 working days to assess the issue.
  • If necessary, we may request the product to be returned for lab testing.

Inspection & Resolution:

  • The quality review takes approximately 7–10 business days from when the product is received at our facility.
  • If the concern is validated, an exchange or refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days post-assessment.
  • Total time from return to resolution may take up to 3 weeks.

Note:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect application are not covered.
  • Reactions caused by personal skin sensitivities or preferences (e.g., scent, texture) do not qualify for exchange or return unless linked to a verified product quality issue.

2) Products and Services for Personal Use

The products and services listed on this website, as well as any samples we may provide, are intended solely for personal use. You are prohibited from selling or reselling any products, services, or samples unless you are a licensed retailer authorized by us. We reserve the right, at our discretion and with or without prior notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order we believe may violate these terms and conditions.

It is your responsibility to check ingredients and seek professional advice before use. We will not be liable for any product-related issues, including allergic reactions. For any purchases, you will be governed by the liability conditions outlined in the product packaging.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits. Our total liability shall not exceed INR 5000. Claims related to the website or these terms must be brought within a specified time after the issue occurred.

18) International Orders

 For orders shipped outside of India:

 (a) Your shipment may incur customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other applicable taxes upon arrival in the destination country.

 (b) Check with your customs authorities for potential charges, which must be paid by the recipient. The brand is not responsible for these charges.

 (c) Shipping fees shown in your order do not cover these additional costs.

 (d) If the recipient refuses to pay the applicable customs charges upon arrival, the brand will deduct the full shipping and return fees from the refund.

 (e) While we are responsible for adhering to export and customs regulations from the country of origin, the recipient must comply with the import laws and regulations of the destination country.

 (f) The customer should verify that the total number of items ordered complies with the import restrictions in their country.

 (g) The brand will fulfil the order from our end, but it is the recipient's responsibility to ensure that the goods enter the destination country legally and that any required customs duties, taxes, or fees are paid.

 (h) If customs clearance fails, the brand may, at its discretion, issue a refund, subtracting the shipping, return, and any associated fees.

 (i) Please confirm that the products in your order comply with the laws of the country where you are receiving them and that delivery is permitted. 

19) Gift – Terms & Conditions

  1. The Gift option is available only with COMBO PACK purchases. 
  2. A personalized message can be included inside the combo package upon special request.
  3. This service applies exclusively to individual combo boxes. If selected items cannot be accommodated in the chosen packaging, GREENSHARE HERBALS PVT. LTD. may opt for alternative packaging, which may incur an additional cost.
  4. Gift option is offered for both domestic (India) and international deliveries.
  5. The availability of this option is subject to stock.
  6. If the customer purchase more than one combo packs and if it does not fit in the single delivery box or package, a different box or package will be used to send the item.

  8. GREENSHARE HERBALS PVT. LTD. retains the right to update, alter, or discontinue this service at any point in time without prior notice.
  9. Requests for gift purchase or personalized messages submitted separately (not with the purchase order) will not be processed. In special cases, GREENSHARE HERBALS PVT. LTD. will prefer better quality services and may assess the customer requests, will directly communicate the outcome to the customer. Please note that no confirmation or assurance can be provided for separately placed requests.

20) Gift Card/Voucher 

  1. Choose from our range of digital gift vouchers starting at ₹1500 and above.
  2. Your e- gift voucher will be sent digitally to the recipient's personal email id.
  3. Physical gift card/ voucher will send to the registered address by post which is provided at the time of purchase upon request. 
  4. Gift card/ vouchers should be purchased separately, not combined with other product purchase. 
  5. Gift card/ vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. 
  6. Recipients can check their gift voucher balance online or with the customer care service.  
  7. Orders for physical or e-gift cards cannot be placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) option. 
  8. Gift cards (both physical and digital) are not eligible for redemption with any other promo codes, coupons, reward points, or other gift cards. 
  9. GREENSHARE HERBALS PVT. LTD. gift cards can only be redeemed on the official website or at physical stores by person. 
  10. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It can be used only for product purchase not exchangeable with a new gift card.
  11. Full redemption of the gift card value is required in a single transaction; partial usage is not permitted.
  12. E-gift cards will be delivered to the recipient's email address within 15 to 30 minutes of successful payment confirmation.
  13. Please ensure the recipient's email ID is entered correctly, as GREENSHARE HERBALS PVT. LTD. will not be able to amend, cancel, or refund orders with incorrect information and email addresses.
